The best care is to hand wash with light detergent (woolite is best) or a tiny bit of shampoo.  And then air dry or put in dryer for 10 min on low heat. It should last a really long time with this care.Although, the pillowcase I use I just put it in the washer and dryer like my normal laundry and I’ve been using the same one for 3 years.Better to not over dry, and never bleach.  It has the same natural structure as your hair, so care for it a little more gentle.You can also add a bit of conditioner into the rinse water for softness if you are hand washing.

Ours is 22 momme.  Although, please note that momme weight is not nearly as important as the quality and the particular weave of the pillowcase.  Our silk has a unique weave that matches perfectly with the chemistry of your skin and hair.  If you are choosing another brand, then never go over 22 momme as it is not suitable for your hair and skin.

Silk will wrinkle.  Beware of any silk that states that it will not wrinkle because that means the company has added a chemical to the silk to prevent wrinkles which may be harmful to your skin.  Our silk has zero chemicals and is safe for my children and you and yours too :-)
